Single room with foldaway sofa, French bed (one and a half square), kitchenette, washing machine, complete bathroom with shower box. Small but meticulous in detail, comfortable new, convenient for all services, no car or scooter needed.NB; a few steps from the small beach of Portinenti, the only one in the center of the island

Lipari, Isole Eolie, Corso Vittorio Emanuele con tutti i servizi pubblici e commerciali, a pochi passi dal porto commerciale, da piazza Marina corta (salotto dell'isola) dal Museo Archeologico. Monolocale al primo piano con balcone affaccio sul corso principale, accessoriato e arredato nei minimi particolari. Unico ambiente con divano, e letto alla francese (una piazza e mezza) a scomparsa, angolo cottura, lavatrice, bagno completo con box doccia. Piccolo ma curato nei minimi particolari, confortevole nuovo, comodo per tutti i servizi, non occorre auto o scooter. NB: a pochi mn. dalla spiaggetta di Portinenti unica al centro dell'isola. Non si accettano animali.

Studio au premier étage avec balcon donnant sur la rue principale, équipé et meublé dans les moindres détails. Chambre simple avec canapé convertible, lit français (un carré et demi), kitchenette, lave-linge, salle de bain complète avec cabine de douche. Petit mais méticuleux dans les détails, nouveau confortable, pratique pour tous les services, pas besoin de voiture ou scooter.NB; à quelques pas de la petite plage de Portinenti, la seule au centre de l'île.

Ein paar Schritte vom kleinen Strand von Portinenti entfernt, dem einzigen im Zentrum der Insel.

Habitación individual con sofá plegable, cama francesa (plaza y media), cocineta, lavadora, baño completo con cabina de ducha. Pequeño pero meticuloso en detalle, nuevo y cómodo, conveniente para todos los servicios, no se necesita automóvil ni scooter. A pocos pasos de la pequeña playa de Portinenti, la única en el centro de la isla.
