Lipari Isole Eolie. Casa con terrazza a pochi metri dal lungomare di Marina Lunga, porto turistico con pontili galleggianti. La casa è composta come segue: ingresso da un vicolo, terrazza arredata con ombrellone, tavolo, sedie e affaccio in un piccolo giardino con alberi da frutto. Cucina abitabile in tipico stile eoliano e accesso alla terrazza, una camera matrimoniale con piccola zona divisa da un arco con finestra e letto singolo apribile adatto a bambini/ragazzi, piccolo disimpegno, bagno completo con box doccia in cristallo. NON si accettano animali. La casa è comoda per tutti i servizi pubblici, commerciali, linee bus per tutte le località dell'isola. Comoda per chi necessita di un posto barca nei pontili galleggianti di fronte  al vicolo della casa. Dista dal porto commerciale e dal centro mt.250.

Cuisine à manger, de style typiquement éolien et accès à la terrasse, une chambre double avec un petit espace divisé par une arche et une fenêtre et un lit simple pouvant être ouvert adapté aux enfants / adolescents, petit couloir, salle de bain complète avec douche vitrée. tous les services publics, commerciaux, lignes de bus pour tous les endroits de l'île.Comoda pour ceux qui ont besoin d'un poste à quai dans les quais flottants en face de la ruelle de la maison.
