The dining room is accessible from the terrace and from the inside.  The informal furnishings put the guest at ease by making him feel at home. All rooms are equipped with fan and are bright and well ventilated. Pets are not accepted. Parking space adjacent to the property.

Isola di Salina, località Pollara, famosa per il film "Il Postino", ma soprattutto per l'incantevole atmosfera capace di trasmettere emozioni, con tramonti ineguagliabili. In villetta grazioso appartamento indipendente su due livelli panoramico, arricchito da ampi terrazzi panoramici, con vista sull'incantevole baia di Pollara e l'isola di Filicudi e Alicudi sullo sfondo. L'appartamento è composto da: piano terra, zona notte con tre camere da letto di cui una matrimoniale, una con due letti singoli unibili, una con due letti a castello, bagno completo con doccia (tenda) terrazza coperta. Piano rialzato: soggiorno - pranzo con angolo cottura, terrazza coperta panoramica. Al soggiorno pranzo si accede sia dalla terrazza che dall' interno.  Gli arredi informali mettono a proprio agio l'ospite facendolo sentire a casa propria. Tutti gli ambienti sono dotati di ventilatore e si presentano luminosi e ben arieggiati. Non si accettano animali. Posto auto adiacente all'immobile.

Dans Villa Nice appartement indépendant sur deux niveaux panoramique, enrichi par de grandes terrasses panoramiques, surplombant la baie enchanteresse de Parker et l'île de Filicudi en arrière-plan. L'appartement comprend: rez-de-chaussée; Zone de couchage avec trois chambres à coucher dont; un double, un avec deux lits simples, un avec deux lits superposés, salle de bain complète avec douche (tente) terrasse couverte. Plancher surélevé; Salon-salle à manger avec kitchenette, terrasse couverte. La salle à manger est accessible depuis la terrasse et de l'intérieur.  L'ameublement informel a mis l'invité à l'aise en le faisant se sentir à la maison. Toutes les chambres sont équipées de ventilateur et sont lumineuses et bien ventilées. Les animaux ne sont pas acceptés. Place de parking adjacente à la propriété.

In Villa Nice unabhängige Wohnung auf zwei Ebenen Panorama, angereichert durch große Panorama-Terrassen, mit Blick auf die bezaubernde Bucht von Parker und die Insel Filicudi im Hintergrund. Die Wohnung besteht aus: Erdgeschoss; Schlafbereich mit drei Schlafzimmern, davon ein Doppelbett, eins mit zwei Einzelbetten, eins mit zwei Etagenbetten, komplettes Badezimmer mit Dusche (Zelt) überdachte Terrasse. Erhöhter Fußboden; Wohn-Esszimmer mit Kochnische, überdachte Terrasse. Der Speisesaal ist von der Terrasse und von innen zugänglich.  Die informelle Einrichtung hat den Gast wohl fühlen, indem er sich wie zu Hause fühlt. Alle Zimmer sind mit Ventilator ausgestattet und hell und gut belüftet. Haustiere werden nicht akzeptiert. Parkplatz neben dem Anwesen.

En Villa Nice apartamento independiente en dos niveles panorámico, enriquecido por grandes terrazas panorámicas, con vistas a la encantadora bahía de Parker y la isla de Filicudi en el fondo. El apartamento consta de: planta baja; Zona de descanso con tres dormitorios de los cuales; un doble, uno con dos camas individuales, uno con dos literas, baño completo con ducha (tienda) terraza cubierta. Piso levantado; Living-comedor con kitchenette, terraza techada. El comedor es accesible desde la terraza y desde el interior.  Los muebles informales ponen al huésped a gusto haciendo que se sienta como en casa. Todas las habitaciones están equipadas con ventilador y son luminosas y bien ventiladas. No se aceptan mascotas. Plaza de parking adyacente a la propiedad.

Поднятый пол; Гостиная-столовая с мини-кухней, крытая терраса. Обеденный зал доступен с террасы и изнутри.  Неформальная обстановка поставила гостя в покое, заставляя его чувствовать себя как дома. Все номера оснащены вентилятором, светлыми и хорошо проветриваемыми. Домашние животные не принимаются. Парковочное место рядом с отелем.
